Submitting a takedown notice

To file a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please email dmca@cloudnova.app with the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific CloudNova URL(s) of the infringing material.
  • Your full name, address, phone number and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same details, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.

False claims

Knowingly submitting false claims of infringement may expose you to liability for damages under applicable law.
